ffplay is a minimalistic multimedia player. Only the upper part of a frame is displayed and the lower part gets interpolated from the last row of correct pixels. It transcodes well but fails to stream webcam So now Im looking for RTSP server. FFmpeg is a command-line toolbox to manipulate, convert and stream multimedia content. The playback of H.264 RTSP streams seems to be broken.
